About us
The Theo Pouw Group has been a leader in earthworks, road construction, hydraulic engineering, and concrete construction for more than 45 years. Reliable, innovative, and circular.
What began in 1981 with five trucks and eight employees has grown into an organization with eight branches and over 450 professionals. The Theo Pouw Group is an informal family business committed to continuing to increase the high-quality reuse of raw materials.

A family business with vision
The Theo Pouw Groep was founded by Theo Pouw and has been strengthened since 2006 by his son Alexander Pouw joining the management team. Together with Marga Pouw, they form the management team of a company that is proud of its people, its history, and its forward-looking approach.

Our sponsorship policy focuses on supporting initiatives that are close to our employees. We apply three criteria to sponsorships: they must relate to sport, children or a charitable cause. In addition, we aim to provide support primarily at a local level.
